Interviews the user, or builds a brand with them from zero, and writes the brand files every module reads: nexin-brand.md, and nexin-persona.md when a persona or character speaks. Modes: interview, create-brand, create-persona.
Researches what the brand stands on: the audience's own words, the competitors' gaps, why winning posts worked, and the proof ledger of what the brand may claim. Modes: voice-of-customer, competitor-check, winner-decoder, proof-ledger.
Stress-tests the brand or persona before anything gets built, and gates any finished piece of content before it is published. Modes: validate-brand, validate-persona, publish-gate. Triggers include "validate my niche", "score my brand", "validate my persona", "score my persona", "check this before I post", "publish gate".
