Terms of Use
These terms apply to your purchase and use of Nexin (“Nexin”, “we”, “us”) at nexin.si. By buying or using Nexin, you agree to them.
What you buy
Nexin sells access to digital products: tools served through the Nexin connector, prompt systems and related files (“the Products”), organized in modules and sold as two subscription plans, Nexin Pro and Nexin Full. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly or yearly, and shown before checkout; you can pay in another supported currency at that day’s rate, and renewals stay in that currency. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your subscription
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, or move between Pro and Full at any time from your account. When you cancel, the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for and isn’t renewed. Moving up to Full charges the prorated difference right away; moving down to Pro turns the unused part into credit on your next invoice. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it keeps failing, the plan ends.
Your license
While your plan is on, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- install and use the Products in your own AI tools (for example Claude or ChatGPT);
- use the content you create with them for your own brands, clients and business, commercially or not.
You may not:
- resell, share, publish or redistribute the Products or their files, in whole or in part;
- share your account or API keys with people outside your team;
- use the Products to build a competing product.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Updates
Your plan includes every update to its modules at no extra cost while it is on.
Modules bought with a one-time payment before October 17, 2026 stay yours under the terms you bought them with: you keep them, with every update, for as long as we maintain that module, with or without a plan.
Results
The Products help you plan and write content. They don’t guarantee followers, traffic, sales or income. Output from AI tools can be wrong; review it before you publish.
Third-party tools
The Products run inside tools we don’t control, such as Claude and ChatGPT. Their availability, plans, limits and terms are set by their providers.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
Liability
The Products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change to prices or plans applies from your next billing period, and we tell you by email first.
