Refund Policy

Nexin is one payment with a 7-day money-back guarantee. You can try everything before your money is gone for good.

Billing

• Nexin is one payment of $27 (or the same amount in your currency at that day’s rate), charged at checkout. The whole library opens at once.
• It never renews, so there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. Your receipts, payment method and billing details are on your account page under Billing (Manage billing and receipts).
• At checkout you tick a box to agree to the Terms of Use and this Refund Policy, including the 7-day money-back guarantee.

7-day money-back guarantee

• Not for you? Within 7 days of paying, tell us why and we refund the whole payment. Example: you paid $27 on November 10; you can ask until November 17 and get $27 back.
• How to ask: on your account page, choose Refund Nexin, write the reason and confirm. Or email support@nexin.si from the address you used at checkout with the reason. The library closes once it’s refunded. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
• After 7 days, the payment is non-refundable, except where the law requires it.

If something in the library is broken or doesn’t match its description, email us and we’ll fix it.

Billing errors

A duplicate charge, or a charge caused by a technical error on our side, is always refunded in full, whenever you spot it. Email support@nexin.si from the address you used at checkout with the Stripe receipt number, and we’ll reverse it to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first: we answer every billing question. Opening a payment dispute (a chargeback) with your bank suspends your Nexin account until the dispute is resolved. While it’s suspended you can still sign in and reach support, but the library and the connector are closed. When the dispute is closed in our favor, the account opens again; when the bank returns the payment to you, the account stays closed.

Earlier purchases

Purchases made before November 4, 2026 keep the terms in force when they were made. Nexin Lite, sold until November 2, 2026, keeps opening the library for good and had the same 7-day guarantee. Subscriptions and credit packs sold before then followed the terms they were bought under.
